Join one of Virginia's largest and most respected ServiceMaster Clean franchises! ServiceMaster Services has been providing exceptional commercial cleaning and facility services for over 50 years. We're growing fast and looking for an ambitious, self-driven Commercial Sales Associate to help us expand our footprint across Central Virginia.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships with commercial clients, including schools, medical offices, corporate facilities, and other facilities.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to understand customer needs and translate them into accurate proposals.
• Prepare and present professional bids, RFP responses, and service agreements using ServiceMaster's proven pricing tools.
• Partner closely with operations to ensure a seamless transition from signed contract to service start-up.
• Track and manage leads through our CRM system and maintain consistent follow-up to close new business.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in B2B or service-based sales (janitorial, building services, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills - comfortable meeting executives, property managers, and procurement teams.
• Detail-oriented with solid math and proposal-writing ability.
• Professional presence, integrity, and reliability.
• Valid driver's license
