This role involves analyzing space requirements, developing floor plans, and managing occupancy data, ensuring spaces are functional, aesthetically pleasing and aligned with organizational needs\. They collaborate with stakeholders, manage moves and maintain accurate occupancy records\.
Key Responsibilities:
Space Planning and Design:
Creating conceptual space plans, block plane and stack plans based on occupancy needs and business requirements\.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate occupancy data within the designated systems and conducting space audits for validation\.
Move Management:
Planning and executing moves, including sequencing, scheduling and coordinating with project managers\.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Ensuring designs adhere to building codes, safety and building standards, and company\-specific guidelines\.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyzing space utilization data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to optimize space usage\.
Furniture and FF&E:
Involved in furniture selection, procurement and managing excess inventory\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
\-Experience with LM Buildings
\-Proficient with Microsoft Excel
\-Experience with office furniture systems & configurations
\-AutoCad expertise,
\-Office Furniture selling/designing experience
\-Space management experience
**Desired Skills:**
\-Experience with LM Buildings
\-Proficiency in Design Software: AutoCAD
\-Space Planning Expertise: Understanding space allocation principles and maximizing space efficiency\.
\-Analytical and Problem\-Solving Skills: Analyzing data, identifying issues, and developing solutions\.
\-Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with stakeholders and facilitating meetings\.
\-Project Management Skills: Managing tasks, timelines, and resources
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
