We are hiring a Production Technician in Radford, VA.

Location: Radford, VA

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; occasional overtime may be required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician. In this role, you will prepare machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), follow Master Batch Records, and contribute to the daily production schedule. The Production Technician will be cross-trained in multiple areas and will report directly to the Production Lab Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate lab machines according to SOPs
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Review the production schedule to determine daily work goals
• Clean and maintain lab equipment using designated disinfectants
• Assist in dispensing and labeling liquid components
• Set up stations with correct bottles, caps, tips, and other materials
• Rack bottles and ensure proper handling
• Accurately sign and follow Master Batch Records

Tools and Equipment Used:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Work Environment:
• Work is performed in a lab room
• Protective items such as gloves and eye drops will be provided as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
