So, what will a Order Fulfillment Worker at Terrestris do?

The Order Fulfillment Worker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures that products are handled with care, inventory is maintained, and orders are completed on time to meet company standards and customer satisfaction.

What does a typical day look like for an Order Fulfillment Worker?

You will:

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders according to company procedures and quality standards.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage or defects before customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management, including date checking, implementation, and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and productivity goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues.

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the leader we're looking for if you have:

• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and bend, reach and grasp items.
• Must complete a successful background check.
• Hustle and Mission Focus Required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer or scanner skills helpful.

Schedule/Hours: start at 6:00, 7:00, or 8:00 am, depending on the day. Weekend and Holiday availability is mandatory . On call availability preferred.
