Document Processor

Montgomery Consulting LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Document Processor to assist with organizing, reviewing, and processing company documents. This is an easy-to-learn, entry-level position involving routine computer and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with electronic files, following simple instructions, and completing tasks accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Review and process electronic documents according to company procedures.
• Enter basic information from documents into company systems.
• Organize, rename, and file digital documents.
• Scan, upload, download, and convert documents when needed.
• Check documents for missing or incorrect information.
• Update existing records and files as instructed.
• Sort documents into the appropriate folders or categories.
• Maintain accurate electronic records.
• Respond to basic internal emails regarding document requests.
• Follow established procedures for handling company and project information.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business documents.
• Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
• Perform other basic administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Word, and basic spreadsheet programs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic typing and file-management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine assignments.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous office, document processing, or data entry experience is helpful but not required .
