As a Security Supervisor – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Responsibilities of Unarmed Tactical Security Supervisor

• The Site Supervisor is the operational employee responsible for personnel in the account. The Site Supervisor provides operational support for the account to include scheduling, payroll, compliance, post order development, performance metrics tracking, training, employee recognition and inspections.
• Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
• Must consistently maintain good professional appearance. Must have the ability to remain calm and lead the proper response to during crisis and emergency incidents.
• Must have open availability outside of standard working hours. Must be able to hold themselves and others accountable. In addition to managing various types of personalities. Relevant 3 or more years of related supervisory / leadership experience required.
• Oversees and holds guards accountable, ensuring proper post and patrol coverage. Leads regular meetings, enforces standards, and maintains accountability for both the team and themselves.
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Officers must be warm and approachable while staying vigilant—greeting and acknowledging visitors, customers, top clients, and executives, maintaining eye contact, and staying aware of all entrances and surroundings.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re great with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• At least 3 years of experience with customer service
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Requires 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement
• Ability to multitask and synthesize large amounts of information quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check, online armed assessments, gun range assessment, drug and physical assessments, and various other trainings to be hired
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
• Must have soft skills and be able to manage various types of personalities.
• Must consistently maintain an excellent uniform appearance.
• First aid certification is an asset

Per contractual agreements with our clients, your professional background must include the minimum of the following in order to be hired:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED). Or a college degree/transcript
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive background screening and drug test screening process
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
