EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree preferred) with a concentration of academically related courses (e.g., Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, etc.) or 10 Years of Commensurate Experience.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

• 5 years' experience at the Senior-level, supporting a high-OPTEMPO, multifaceted organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR/etc.)
• Program Manager Certification Level 1.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Advanced communication skills to address quasi-technical and programmatic elements to ensure
• accurate and timely information to Government management.
• Must have excellent proof reading/attention to detail skills
• Have Data Base Entry abilities (updating existing databases)
• Have the ability to interpret regulatory guidance
• Proficient in Customer Service Skills (responding to inquiries/subordinates/command group and
• higher level command)
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Be proficient in typing
• Proficient with a broad range of Microsoft Office Programs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 13 products
• Knowledge of office machines in order to print, scan, and fax documents

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as Contractor's authorized representative for all technical performance
• Primary conduit for communication, work assignments, and technical direction
• Provide in-processing/out-processing assistance to new employees
• Provide monthly status reports; monitor daily employee status
• Monitor and process timecards and leave requests
• Oversee artifacts, reporting, integrated schedules, risk registers, and status reports to Government management
• Coordinate and complete assigned tasks across DoD project life cycles
• Apply PM principles (programmatic, fiscal, legal governance) in guiding subordinates and advising Government
• Coordinate deadlines; monitor gate reviews, technical baselines, milestone reviews
• Review and edit subordinate artifacts for accuracy and compliance with Government formats
• Prepare reports on status, issues, risks, and financial data per Government direction
• Use databases, web-portals, and PM tools for ad hoc internal/external assignments
• Integrate and validate project data; liaise across departments to report facts, relational info, financial impacts
