Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care services including CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and assist with intubation and mechanical ventilation.
• Provide expert care in a NICU setting alongside adult patient care.
• Utilize Hamilton C1, V60, and MR1 ventilators with a strong focus on precision and patient safety.
• Document care processes and patient progress accurately using Meditech.
• Work three 12-hour shifts weekly, including every other weekend.
• Comply with unit guidelines, including uniform policy requiring all-black scrubs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Minimum of 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience.
• At least a 3 rating in NICU skills, with hands-on experience supporting neonatal patients.
• Proficient in advanced respiratory procedures such as mechanical ventilation and intubation assistance.
• Certifications in BLS required; ACLS and NRP preferred or obtainable shortly after hire.
