HIRING: Housekeeper / Family Helper (Arlington, VA) $1,500–$3,500/month | Based on experience & hours | Paid Overtime + Long-Term Growth We are a warm, friendly, and busy family based in Arlington, VA, looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, and reliable Housekeeper & Family Helper to support our household and help care for our 9-month-old baby. This is a long-term, full-time position with flexibility and opportunities to grow—perfect for someone honest, proactive, and who takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Housekeeping, organizing, tidying, and light cleaning (we use a weekly professional cleaning service) Meal preparation and routine cooking (South Asian cuisine preferred) Running errands, occasional scheduling, and basic administrative tasks Optional: Driving to appointments or for groceries (car provided if licensed) Ideal Candidate Has prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, childcare, or home management (flexible for the right fit) Loves caring for and nurturing babies and understands infant safety and development; CPR/first aid certified or willing to become certified Speaks Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Pashto, Farsi, or any other Asian language (fluency in English required) Dependable, warm, responsible, and professional Comfortable with light meal prep, cook routine home-style meals and maintaining a smooth household routine Why Join Us?
