Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position based in Richmond, VA offers a dynamic opportunity to support pediatric students within a school setting. Ideal candidates are those who hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, possess state licensure, and have achieved their ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC or currently in CFY
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments preferred
- Flexibility to work on-site in Richmond, VA, with opportunities for travel
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports
- Participating in ongoing professional development
