Job Description
Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a PKI Cyber Security Support Specialist to join our team in Quantico, VA.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret DoD Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
Our PKI Cyber Security Support Specialist will support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Program under the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). This role ensures the security, compliance, and accreditation of PKI systems in support of the USMC’s cybersecurity mission. You will be responsible for vulnerability management, security configuration compliance, and full lifecycle Assessment & Authorization (A&A) support for PKI systems operating across USMC networks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities necessary to support Assessment & Authorization (A&A) under RMF, including registration and maintenance in MCCAST, POA&M creation, and documentation consolidation.
- Conduct monthly and semi-annual evaluations of PKI systems using DISA-approved SCAP benchmarks and manual STIG checks.
- Coordinate with Government ISSMs and Vulnerability Management Teams (VMTs) to resolve or document cybersecurity findings.
- Ensure full compliance with DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) directives, and submit POA&Ms for unresolved vulnerabilities.
- Provide cybersecurity support for JFHQ-DoDIN Command Inspections, including metrics submission and remediation of findings.
- Manage patching, scanning, and configuration compliance of all PKI systems (e.g., CVI, RA workstations, CA infrastructure).
- Support cyber defense efforts across multiple enclaves, including NIPR, SIPR, and tactical environments.
- Maintain secure configurations per STIG/SRG guidelines and vendor best practices.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Top Secret DoD Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Eight (8+) years in cybersecurity roles, including hands-on A&A and vulnerability management in DoD environments
Certifications:
- IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CISSP) equivalent or higher
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent
- ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution)
- Host-Based Security System Training (HBSS) HBSS 201/301
- MCCAST familiarity
Preferred
- Familiarity with Marine Corps Enterprise Cybersecurity policies and DISA cyber tools.
- Strong understanding of STIGs, SCAP tools, IAVM directives, and RMF documentation.
- Experience remediating PKI findings during cybersecurity inspections.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed cyber documentation, reports, and mitigation plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Additional Information
This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed within the next 2 months, at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
