- Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
- $50,000 Plus Earning Potential
Glo Fiber is seeking candidates for a Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Williamsburg, VA Glo Fiber Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over the phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber, while supporting our local communities. We offer a great work environment and competitive total compensation package that includes: - World class 401(k) - up to 8% company contribution

- 3 weeks of PTO and up to 9 paid holidays
- Work schedule: M-F, 9a- 6p with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays
You worked hard for the following: - Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
- Your high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service or call center experience
