Site HR Business Partner
- Collaborate with the Production Leadership and their team to develop and deploy EHS and strategic goals to build high performing DL cross functional workforce.
- Advise and coach business on matters related to talent management, including HR requirements, workforce planning, management selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management, etc.
- Partner with Site HR Business Partner and staff leadership leadership to deploy key people solution initiatives for talent development, reward, and recognition, etc.
- Oversite of the employee engagement and resources committees.
- Manage employee relations matters, re-enforce Ways of Work principles, and ensure workforce process and practice are properly communicated.
- Develop, coordinate, and conduct HR training programs.
- Participates and leads site's employee resources and engagement committees and DEI programs to promote positive employee relations; promote and encourage employee participation. The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 5 years of progressive experience in HR across all major function
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Familiarity in fast-paced manufacturing plant environment
- Involvement collaborating with Production Leadership
- Practice in coach on performance management, including gap analysis, workforce planning, retention, succession planning, etc.
- Experience working on training programs
