A retail and long-term care pharmacy is seeking a temporary Pharmacist to join their Hampton, VA location. This contract position offers a consistent schedule with weekday hours and the opportunity to provide essential medication services to the local community.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately distributing medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
- Offering clear, helpful information to customers regarding their medications and proper usage
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and safety
Ideal candidates will possess a valid Virginia pharmacist license and have experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to perform effectively in this role.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Contract Duration:
- Approximately 8 weeks, with potential for extension based on needs
