CNC Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement instructions
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and tolerance standards
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and keep work area clean and organized

CNC Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Previous CNC machine operation experience required in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and make basic machine adjustments
