Legal Executive Assistant to Partners

This law firm is seeking a highly skilled Legal Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to Partners and the extended firm. This role blends traditional executive support with hands-on involvement in legal administrative work, making it a unique opportunity to work closely with key decision-makers and help drive the firm’s success. What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate complex scheduling needs, including meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities for busy Partners.
- Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and legal documents with accuracy and polish.
- Manage case-related deadlines, track action items, and ensure follow-through on critical projects.
- Maintain organized files for quick access to important materials.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact with clients and internal staff, exercising discretion at all times.
- Support occasional office coordination activities and contribute to team projects as needed.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, offering seamless support to ensure the Partners’ time is maximized.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. You bring at least five years of experience supporting law firm Partners, legal executives, or attorneys in a legal setting with a bachelor’s degree in hand.
- Legal-savvy. You understand legal processes and terminology, or can pick them up quickly.
- Detail-driven. You take pride in producing polished, error-free work and keeping matters confidential.
- Logistics pro. You make sure no detail, meeting, or deadline falls through the cracks.
- Flexible. You thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust easily to changing schedules.
- Voice of clarity. You deliver information with confidence, professionalism, and discretion to clients, attorneys and staff alike.
