What You'll Do

• Drive a company service truck to customer homes
• Diagnose and repair home appliances
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Explain repairs and recommendations to customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next call
• Manage parts and complete service documentation through a mobile app

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Type I Certification (we can help with this if you do not already have)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related tasks
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on, active job. Technicians must be able to:

• Lift and move appliances, parts, and tools
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Bend, kneel, squat, crawl, climb, and work in tight spaces
• Stand, walk, drive, and use hand tools throughout the day
• Work safely in customer homes and various environments
