- Flexible Scheduling: Work according to your availability. Assessments are conducted from 8 am to 7 pm, allowing you to choose day or evening shifts, including weekends.

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough adult and geriatric health assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Administer and order necessary lab tests and point-of-care testing.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, and other medical staff.
- Provide health education and support to ensure follow-up and comprehensive care for patients in their homes or skilled nursing facilities.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in nursing or healthcare.
- Current NP licensure with prescription authority in your state.
- Relevant board certification (AANP, AACN, or ANCC) in your specialty.
- BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
- Preferred one year of NP experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance that meets state requirements.
- Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities.
