Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee multiple restoration projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for project completion.
• Utilize project management software to track project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
