As a proud franchisee of Hi-5 ABA, our collaborative team of BCBAs and RBTs is expanding. We're seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to help lead our team, grow our services, and build the next generation of behavior analysts.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Clinical Director to support our clinical operations at our Fairfax location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Clinical Director and leadership team, making a profound impact on the lives of children and families while ensuring our clinical services operate smoothly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Clinical Leadership: Assist the Clinical Director in guiding and supporting a team of BCBAs and BCaBAs, contributing to clinical excellence through case reviews, individual consultations, and ongoing professional development.
• Insurance and Compliance: Collaborate in managing insurance authorizations and compliance with Medicaid, County programs, and PPOs, ensuring that client benefits are maximized.
• Training & Development: Facilitate staff training initiatives and stay informed on the latest ABA research and practices to support the Clinical Director in maintaining a high standard of care.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and support quality assurance processes to ensure clinical practices adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to newly credentialed BCBAs, assisting them in meeting professional goals and developing their specialization within the field.
• Community Outreach: Assist in building relationships with local schools, social services, and other community organizations to increase ABC Behavior's presence and collaborative opportunities.
• Team Morale and Well-being: Help foster a positive, supportive workplace by contributing to team-building activities and initiatives aimed at reducing burnout and enhancing staff satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a clinical ABA setting, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of ABA therapy insurance processes and regulatory compliance.
• Effective leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle both clinical and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Availability to work 3-4 days in-clinic.
