The Role

Plans, develops, coordinates and facilitates instructional courses and related training material required by NAVSEA in support of radiological controls, radiation worker and nuclear skills training programs. Analyzes training needs identified by contract

Must Have

RCT certification required and minimum of 4 years of experience as a certified RCT.

Nice to Have

  • Hold or have formerly held an RCT qualification
  • Senior level experience in the Radiological Program;
  • Be committed to upholding the principles of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and in the development of others.
  • Ability to regularly deckplate observations on all platforms and facilities and participation in organizational drills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint; experience with developing others; confident and enthusiastic in communcating in front of others
