Dental Schedule Coordinator

A high performing dental office in the Gainesville/Haymarket/Manassas area is seeking the RIGHT person to join our team. If you are fun-loving, like to make people smile, and love helping others get what they want, you would be a perfect fit. Here are the hours: Monday (11-5/every other), Tuesday (10-7), Wednesday (7-4), Thursday (8-6), Friday (7-1), Saturday (8-2 once per month)

What you must know or be able to learn in 21 days:

1) How to treat people with respect and patients like VIPs with superior customer service; be our Experience Concierge

2) How to work independently with the ability to SOLVE problems independently and with little management; be our Independent Woman or Man

3) How to access dental plans and request eligibility and coverage, read and understand EOBs, navigate insurance nuances, complete dental claims (preferably with Open Dental), and close treatment plan cases; be our Treatment and Insurance Maestro

4) How to successfully REACH established GOALS and use appropriate tools to get RESULTS; let us be your biggest Cheerleader

5) How to work with a small team and be a phenomenal team player; be our Communication Pro

6) How to learn quickly with the tools provided; be our best "Go-Getter"
