Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.Customer Needs Based Sales & Service: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Building Relationships: Connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions. You'll be their trusted advisor. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationProtecting Dreams: Help safeguard what matters most to people - their homes, cars, and futures. You'll be their insurance guardian angel.
