Client Services Lead
In search of a Leader for our Customer Service Representative Team! This person ensures that the pet owner's experience is exceptional throughout the appointment process in partnership with the medical team. This individual will serve as the primary, non-medical coordinator between departments to ensure a seamless interdepartmental visit. All the while providing support for the CSR team and ensuring we are providing personalized customer service for each and every one of our clients. This individual should support the values and mission of the hospital supporting the practice and leadership team in providing personalized and exceptional care to the community. Qualified receptionists candidates will be compassionate, patient centered and motivated with excellent interpersonal, computer and time management skills. The ability to multitask and excellent verbal and written communication is essential. Applicants should be self-motivated and team player but able to work independently when needed. Previous work experience in a similar setting (medical or office) is preferred.
A passion and love for animals is key!
Responsibilities include greeting clients and pets, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, over the counter sales, financial transactions, and maintenance of the front desk area.
