Job Overview:
Occam Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to support mission-critical intelligence systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and usage of the companys enterprise-wide local area networks. This role also includes direct support for intelligence mission systems, ensuring performance, security, and integrity of communications and data.

We are particularly interested in candidates with prior Army experience in classified communications/systems, especially those who served as a 35T Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer/Integrator .

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, install, and maintain enterprise-wide network infrastructure.
• Study and evaluate contractor hardware/software products to identify the best fit for company needs.
• Present technology recommendations to management for procurement and deployment.
• Manage network performance and implement rigorous security protocols.
• Provide multi-tiered systems administration, user support, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
• Maintain the integrity and security of all servers and systems in accordance with organizational security policies.
• Install and update network software and ensure systems meet operational standards.
• Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards.
• Troubleshoot network and telecommunications problems efficiently.
• Evaluate, develop, and maintain telecommunications systems.
• Deliver user training and support as required for network and intelligence systems.
• Support information security implementation and sustainment.
• Administer local and remote systems, including hardware, software, data content, and storage.
• Utilize intelligence tools and protocols to support multi-level communications.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Security+ certification required
• System Administrator shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in classified IT services and networking.
• Demonstrated experience in classified Army communications/systems (preferred)
• Prior service as an Army 35T Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer/Integrator (highly desirable)
• Strong working knowledge of intelligence support systems, IT infrastructure, and security best practices
• Experience supporting both hardware and software in secure environments
