Customer Service Admin Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
• Process and enter customer orders accurately through multiple communication channels.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment. Track orders and shipments while providing status updates to customers.
• Perform administrative duties including phone support, mail distribution, and record maintenance.

Customer Service Admin Assistant Qualifications:

• Required experience in both Customer Service and Administrative Support.
• Strong customer service skills with experience handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building customer relationships.
• Proficient with computers, data entry, Microsoft Office, and standard office equipment.
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• High School Diploma required; ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
