We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst. The ability to obtain a public trust clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) business requirements using agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Collaborating with Project Leadership and client stakeholders to align organizational HR business needs, policies, and government directives, including OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities and Federal Capital expertise, HR processes and process improvements.
• Ability to conduct HRSD demonstrations to show HRSD capabilities and functionality.
• A subject matter expert with the ability to translate standard Human Resource government business processes to ServiceNow out of the box (OOTB) ServiceNow HRSD functionality.
• The ability to showcase the benefits of using ServiceNow or their day-to-day business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 6 years of experience
• Federal human capital expertise and HR process improvement experience.
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

• Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
• Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
• Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
• Perform the essential functions of the role satisfactorily; reasonable accommodation will be provided for employees with disabilities upon request.
• Accept and adapt to additional responsibilities or changes to assigned duties as determined by DirectViz Solutions (DVS).
