Administrative Support Team Member

Leading Military Manufacturer Representative Agency, United States Sales Corporation, Seeking Administrative Support Team Member to assist Account Executive Sales Team in Virginia Beach, VA HQ Office.
About you:
- Excellent computer skills: proficiency with spreadsheet, databases, document management, and word processing tools. Ability to quickly learn new online tools specific to the foundation's operation. Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; additional computer skills, knowledge of Zoom and Teams are a plus
- A minimum of 3 years administrative or related experience preferred
- Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks at one time and communicating the progress of tasks effectively
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing demands and expectations, and flexible to new tasks
· Critical thinker with strong attention to detail & accuracy, well-organized
- A team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to be warm and welcoming by phone and email
- Resourceful and a self-starter
- Open and receptive to ideas and feedback
· Calm under pressure.
· Hard worker for whom no task is too small.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to relate professionally with executive-level management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to use judgment to field inquiries professionally and efficiently
Job Duties:
- Preparing, Creating and Updating Sales/On-Hand Reports.
- Assist with item set up, tracking purchase orders, promotional goods, point of sale materials, resolve outstanding invoice issues.
- Process Return Authorizations Requests for defectives, damages, mis-shipments.
- Builds and leverages cross-functional collaborative relationships in order to achieve company goals.
- Assist departmental efforts, including coordinating mailings, preparing documents, attending meetings and preparing presentations.
- Assists in the preparation, coordination and implementation of events, meetings and activities to ensure they are well planned and executed successfully.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
