As a Part Time Lifeguard at SwimRVA, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, guests, and employees throughout our vibrant facility. To excel as a Part Time Lifeguard at SwimRVA, you'll need a blend of essential skills and a genuine passion for safety. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are at the top of the list, helping you create a welcoming environment for all. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification, or be eager to obtain one through our SwimRVA Safety School. Your ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively with teammates, and maintain focus in a bustling environment will set you up for success.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• A positive attitude and work ethic
