Important Compensation Information

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position .

Compensation is 100% commission-based and directly tied to your sales performance. Nexur Remodeling does not offer guaranteed weekly pay, hourly wages, or W-2 employment for this role.

Successful representatives are highly motivated, disciplined, and committed to consistently generating opportunities through door-to-door prospecting and neighborhood outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect homeowners through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing

• Spend time in the field generating new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions

• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline

• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers

• Educate homeowners on remodeling products and services

• Build strong customer relationships and trust within the community

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close

• Track sales activity, appointments, and pipeline progress

• Represent Nexur Remodeling professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

• Confidence working independently in the field

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous D2D, sales, remodeling, roofing, solar, or customer service experience is a plus

• Coachable individuals who thrive in performance-based environments

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Comfortable spending significant time outdoors prospecting neighborhoods and meeting homeowners
