Job Summary

If you're interested in a Laboratory Technician job , then this is the best role for you ! Individual will work as a member of the PCR and ELISA team in the Quality Testing Seed Health lab in Woodland, CA. The primary function involves performing molecular testing processes such as ELISA, nucleic acid extractions, qPCR, conventional PCR, and gel electrophoresis.

Job Description

• Perform molecular testing processes such as ELISA, nucleic acid extractions, qPCR, conventional PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
• Conduct testing processes in a greenhouse and use lab automation (liquid handlers).
• Actively work in a group to maintain lab supplies, safety standards, and documents.
• Assist other Seed Health groups with routine testing as needed.
• Adhere to all Bayer safety regulations while working.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $24.00 to $32.46 per hour based on qualifications.
