Position Summary:

Working with our Director of Marketing, the Full-Stack Growth Marketing Manager will play a central role in transforming marketing strategy into scalable, revenue-driving execution. From modern SEO to paid lead generation, you’ll divide and conquer across the full marketing funnel to consistently deliver qualified leads for our sales team.

What You Will Do:

Paid Media, Lead Gen, and ABM

• Manage and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Use ZoomInfo intent data and support ABM strategies with StackAdapt.
• Monitor CPL, ROI, and ensure clean campaign tracking (UTMs, GA4, etc.).
• Develop and maintain email outreach programs targeting new and existing businesses.

• Build and A/B test landing pages in Unbounce and WordPress.
• Use GA4 and Hotjar (or similar tools) to optimize user experience and conversion.

Modern SEO

• Conduct keyword and intent research; build topic clusters and pillar pages.
• Optimize for traditional and AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
• Manage on-page SEO and internal linking; coordinate technical needs with our web vendor.
• Report on SEO performance using SEMrush, SpyFu, and GA4.

Content Creation & Repurposing

• Write or brief content for blogs, case studies, ads, landing pages, and collateral.
• Integrate messaging around sustainability and the circular economy.
• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized media for social and email.
  
  

Social Media Management

• Own the content calendar, post scheduling, and community engagement.
• Produce short-form video and visual assets using Adobe CC and AI tools.

What We Are Looking For:

Required:

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proven success with SEO strategy, content clusters, and AI-search optimization.
• Proficiency in:

  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Unbounce, ZoomInfo
  • Adobe Creative Suite and generative-AI tools
    
    
• Excellent copywriting skills for technical and compliance-heavy topics.
• Comfortable reading Salesforce dashboards and interpreting funnel data.
• A test-learn-scale mindset with strong executional follow-through.

Preferred:

• Experience with StackAdapt or similar ABM platforms.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics capabilities.
