HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Supply and Logistics Technician, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, you’ll be responsible forensuring the timely availability, accuracy, and readiness of clinical supplies, instruments, and equipment to support organ and tissue recovery operations. This role manages day-to-day centralized supply operations, including building and staging case ready supply kits, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting instrument tray lifecycle management. The position performs inventory receiving, ordering, storage,rotation, expiration monitoring, restocking, and reconciliation activities to ensure compliance with organizationalstandards and regulatory requirements. The Logistics Technician supports facility and vehicle readiness,coordinates equipment maintenance and calibration schedules, and provides data and reporting on supplyusage trends to support operational efficiency and cost-effective supply management across local and remotesites.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Inventory Management:Maintains par levels for all supplies and equipment in support of the OPOand Tissue Recoveryoperations. Places orders for supply replenishment and perform incoming shipment verification andinspection according to established protocols. Maintains inventory in an orderly and organized mannerthrough the use of stock rotation according to FEFO/FIFO. Establishes and maintains control ofholding, quarantine and storage areas to prevent mix-ups, damage, deterioration, or contamination ofproduct/s pending use or distribution and ensures that no obsolete, rejected, or deteriorated product isused or distributed. Prepares and stages case-ready supply kits and case carts. Accuratelyperformsinventory counts on all stocked warehouse items, assists in keeping inventory items at correct usagelevels and reports shortages in a timely manner.
- Environment and Equipment Management:Performs all processes related to the maintenance and management of all facility equipment andstorage environments. Manages the maintenance and calibration schedules and activities for allassigned equipment, to include refrigerators, freezers, probes, vehicles, pumps, and other criticalequipment tracked by the LifeNet Health Corporate Support teams. Ensures critical supply storageand quarantine hold areas are clean, organized, and maintained in an acceptable state of repair.Monitors critical storage environments by performing the daily, weekly, and monthly temperaturemonitoring and documentation processes. Performs scheduled environmental monitoring and sampling in support of the dedicated recovery operative suite. Responsible for ensuring the vehiclesused by the clinical teams are kept clean and well maintained.
- Quality and Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of all supply and equipment inventories. Maintains accurate records forcleaning and temperature monitoring of critical supply and tissue storage areas. Supports internal andexternal audits and audit record requests. Ensures continual audit readiness for the facility, equipment records, and storage areas.
- General Support & Fulfillment:Performs general support activities for the facility, such as: moving equipment and furniture, managingincoming and outgoing shipments, and minor grounds inspections. May drive shipments and transfersbetween local and LifeNet Health facilities. Fulfills support requests upon receipt and ensures timely delivery of interdepartmental mail, personal packages, supplies and tissue shipments; includingdocumentation of tracking and delivery. Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diplomaor GED
- Valid State Driver’s license and meet LifeNet Health’s minimum driving requirements for company related driving
- TWO (2) years of experience in Warehousing,Storeroom or Inventoryexperience
- ONE (1) year of experience in Inventory Database experience
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- One year of Quality Control in Receiving Inspection

- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills; ability tocommunicate and buildrelationships with allprofessionals at different levelswithin the organization.
- Time Management: Able to prioritize multiple,competing priorities and managetime/workload. Demonstratedability to effectively prioritize andjuggle multiple time sensitiveprojects, multi-task, identifyproject interdependencies andpotential risks/pitfalls.
- Attention to detail: Able to perform tasks thoroughlyand with care; checks work toensure high degree ofaccuracy/completeness andearly/on-time delivery.
- Proficient in MS Office:PowerPoint, Excel, Word,Outlook, Microsoft Suite.
- Quality Inspection:Ability to understand QualityInspection plans.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $16.83 to $28.05 hourly
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.The pay range for this position is $16.83hourly(entry level qualifications) to $ 28.05/hourly(experienced in this role).
