Looking for a great place to work? Ripley Heatwole Company is seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the role of Resident Manager at an apartment community, 150 units, located in Virginia Beach. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the overall operation of the property as well as supervising leasing agents, ensuring maximum occupancy of rental units, high penetration of lease renewals, and the collection of rent. Must be self-motivated and a people-oriented person with a pleasant personality, cheerful smile and enthusiastic attitude.
Requires apartment community experience as well as demonstrated supervisory and effective communication skills. Tax credit experience required. Experience with Yardi preferred.
