Overview:
As a Leasing Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our property management company. You will be responsible for various tasks related to residential leasing and general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position goes from April- September and is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a summer job!!

Responsibilities:

1. General Support:
   • Assist property managers and administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
   • Perform errands, such as picking up and placing lockboxes, checking on property conditions, performing property evaluations, as well as other duties as assigned.
   • Support with property-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using basic computer software and mobile applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
