Compensation Range: $110-$130/hr

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Infor Deployment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation of Infor CloudSuite Aerospace & Defense (A&D) as part of a large-scale enterprise transformation. The role focuses on supplier collaboration, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain processes while ensuring seamless integration with Icertis (CLM) and Deltek Costpoint (Finance/Accounting) .

The SME will work closely with system integrator (SI) consultants, Booz Allen business process leads, and functional owners to ensure system configurations align with future-state processes and compliance requirements in the federal and space contracting environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with SI functional consultants to design/validate S2P, procurement, inventory, and supplier management processes.

• Participate in design and build sessions with stakeholders (Supply Chain, Procurement, AP).

• Serve as the internal Infor expert , bridging business needs and SI configurations.

• Align Infor data structures with Icertis (contracts) and Costpoint (finance/milestone reporting).

• Support supplier enablement via Infor Supplier Exchange (catalog management, ASNs, supplier performance).

• Define data mappings (PO lines, subcontracts, receiving, AP invoices) to Costpoint for CAS/non-CAS reporting.

• Validate supplier invoice posting rules into Costpoint AP & Project Accounting .

• Ensure catalog, item master, and PO structures reconcile with CAS & non-CAS reporting needs .

• Partner with Finance Data Analyst to test end-to-end flows : PO creation receipt AP invoice Costpoint posting.

• Contribute to UAT (test scripts, workflow validation, compliance checks).

• Partner with Change Management Lead to create training content and support adoption.

• Provide post–go-live hypercare and process expertise.

Must Haves:

• 7 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite A&D or Infor LN (S2P, Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Collaboration).

• Leadership experience in ERP/supply chain transformations with system integrators.

• Knowledge of federal contracting requirements (FAR, DFARS, ITAR, DCAA, EVMS).

• Hands-on experience in catalogue management, supplier onboarding, PO lifecycle, invoice/receiving .

• Ability to partner with process owners and bridge technical and operational needs .

• Strong facilitation and requirements-gathering skills .

Nice to Haves:

• Experience integrating Infor with Icertis (CLM) and/or Deltek Costpoint .

• Knowledge of aerospace & defense supply chains (long-lead parts, compliance documentation).

• Background in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) .

• Experience with AI tools for ERP and supply chain automation.

• Strong communication skills for executive and end-user engagement .
