**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and/or patients with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
+ Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as required during incidents or emergencies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
