Flexographic Printing Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Perform routine press maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient operation.
• Mix and match inks, adjust press settings, and verify print quality to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
• Accurately complete production records and work orders.

Flexographic Printing Press Operator Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a flexographic printing press preferred; willing to train candidates with related machine operation background.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures, work effectively in a team environment, and assist in other areas as needed.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
