Director of National Accounts Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong organization and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Focus on delivering high levels of customer service
- Proficiency in Delphi preferred
- Ability to travel as required
- Must be adaptable and flexible in working across various sales areas
- Experience in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
Director of National Accounts Preferred Background & Skills:
- Previous experience managing corporate accounts and group sales
- Familiarity with industry trends and competitor activities
- Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads through cold calling and industry events
- Optimistic self-starter with a high degree of motivation and initiative
- Experience in organizing familiarization trips and site visits for potential clients
- Participation in trade shows and professional organizations to enhance visibility and sales goal
