The Role:
The Internal Wholesaler will partner closely with External Wholesalers to drive capital raising efforts across Bonaventure’s suite of investment offerings, including DSTs, perpetual NAV REITs, and other private real estate structures. This role is primarily responsible for outbound sales activity, appointment setting, and relationship management with financial advisors across the RIA and independent broker-dealer channels. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, metrics-driven, and highly collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily outbound sales efforts, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate interest and schedule appointments for External Wholesalers
- Educate financial advisors on Bonaventure’s investment offerings and value proposition
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing advisor contacts
- Develop and manage territory pipelines, track advisor interactions, and maintain CRM
- Support the implementation of sales campaigns, webinars, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure delivery of accurate and timely materials
- Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence
- Provide timely feedback to External Wholesalers and leadership to help refine messaging and approach
- Attend select conferences and regional events as needed

Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in financial sales, preferably in alternatives or real estate
- Series 7 and 63 (or 65) required or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience selling to RIAs and/or independent broker-dealers strongly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and sales enablement tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance, economics, or business preferred
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of outbound activity and drive results
