We are currently accepting applications for a Wastewater Trade Foreman. You’ll be placed on a highly functional team at a construction site in the Hampton Roads region. This position requires great initiative, team working, flexibility, quick learning, superb communication and problem solving skills.

You will be a hands on Wastewater Trade Foreman providing leadership for a crew of tradesmen and laborers. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will ensure work is installed correctly, efficiently, and safely. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating materials and equipment, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also assist with jobsite setup, oversee crew productivity, comply with OSHA regulations, and maintain strong relationships with inspectors, subcontractors, and job staff. You must have 3 years experience building construction projects as Crew Leader or Trade Foreman. Should have experience on water and wastewater or industrial construction projects.
