Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a crew to complete landscape enhancement projects efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to achieve their best performance.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A team-oriented, positive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
