Food and Beverage Supervisor - Hilton Arlington National Landing

Hilton Arlington National Landing is searching for a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the team! Boasting 393 rooms, 3 Food & Beverage Outlets, and 23,000 square feet of meeting space, this beautifully vibrant property offers a great next step for a talented/experienced food and beverage leader looking for a new and exciting career move.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who enjoys being hands on, has strong communication skills, 1-2 years of experience in a F&B leadership role Previous union and Banquets experience is a plus but not required.

Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Shift Pattern: Open availability, with weekend and holiday work required

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
