Privateer is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD) .
These positions involve providing management and technical support in the areas of Resource Planning, Resource Programming, Resource Budgeting, Resource Execution (PPBE), Congressional Authorizations and Appropriations, and Resource Oversight support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination and maintenance of documentation and associated databases used in DoD resource management systems. This includes Future-Years Defense Program (FYDP) planning, development of transformational resource support programs, and maintenance of the data management systems that provide resources, fiscal or manning and support for current year funds execution. You Have:
- 4+ years DoD Financial Management experience
- Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
- Management Decision Package (MDEP) experience
- Experience with CPROBE (Requirements System of Record)
- Familiarity with APE (Army Program Element)
- Experience with FYDP (Future Years Defense Program)
- Professional Certifications:

- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or former senior NCO with 5+ years of experience
- Clearance:
Must have a current Top-Secret clearance

- Strength & Endurance: Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to [specific weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs.]. Requires prolonged standing, walking, or physical activity for extended periods (e.g., up to 8 hours).
- Vision & Hearing: Must have the ability to see small details or distinguish colors and communicate clearly in person, via telephone, or during video teleconferences.
- Sensory Requirements: Ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the phone or in video calls.
- Repetitive Tasks : Involves performing repetitive tasks, such as typing, data entry, or similar actions.
- Posture & Positioning : Requires the ability to kneel, bend, stoop, or squat regularly.
- ADA, FMLA Compliance : Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Attendance : Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance in alignment with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
