Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and student support teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Your Role:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student IEP goals and general communication skills
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Support and guide students to reach milestones across academic and social contexts
