CDL A Truck Driver Position Trainees Welcome

18 Wheels USA has immediate openings for Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We offer stable, full-time W2 positions with consistent freight and dependable miles on our OTR, Regional, and Dedicated routes, primarily operating East of the I-35. We are committed to our drivers' success, offering bi-weekly home time, excellent weekly pay, and a full benefits package that starts on day one. Whether you are an experienced professional with 3+ months of experience or a recent CDL school graduate, we have a path for you. New drivers can join our comprehensive 3-5 week paid training program.
The Position: A Snapshot
On the Road: You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of no-touch, dry van freight. Our network features a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads, keeping you on the move.
Your Equipment: Operate an assigned, late-model (2024-2025) Freightliner or Kenworth truck.
Your Responsibilities: Adhere to all DOT regulations, manage your routes efficiently, maintain accurate electronic logs, and conduct daily vehicle inspections.

Who We're Looking For: Driver Qualifications
Must-Haves:
A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
A clean driving record (MVR) and a strong commitment to safety.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
Experience Requirements:
Experienced Drivers: We require a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Trainees: To qualify for our paid training program, you must be a graduate of a CDL school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
