What You’ll Do

1. Lead and motivate the team to deliver an amazing pizza and guest experience
2. Work multiple stations: dough stretching, saucing, cheesing, cutting, register, and phones
3. Run high-energy shifts while maintaining quality and speed
4. Ensure every pizza meets Marco’s five-star standards
5. Coach and train new team members in our culture of accountability and excellence
6. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the shift
7. Learn key management skills: labor control, inventory, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum age: 18 with dependable transportation
2. Restaurant or leadership experience preferred (not required if you’ve got drive)
3. Strong work ethic, initiative, and integrity
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
6. Available for night and weekend shifts
