About the Role

Physicians Rehab Solution is expanding and now hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position at OrthoVirginia in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Full-time is preferred, with up to 40 hours per week available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. The ideal candidate is personable, motivated, and an excellent communicator.

New graduate Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.

Caseload and Patient Population

The Physical Therapist hired will join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic team treating patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to an environment that values growth and collaboration.

Full-time therapists typically treat an average of 11 patients per day.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this full-time position is approximately eighty thousand dollars per year and increases based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.

Work Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Flexible scheduling is available—no weekends and no holidays.

Job Requirements

• Eligible for Virginia state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• New graduates welcome and will receive mentorship

• Full-time preferred (40 hours per week)

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
