Front Office/Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00pm to 05:30pm )

This applicant will be responsible for all incoming phone calls, and forwarding calls and emails to the appropriate person. Must be computer literate and willing to learn new software. Requires someone with strong people skills (you will be responsible for verifying people’s clock in time is correct), and the ability to multi-task throughout the day.

Front Office/Receptionist Qualifications:

• Previous front desk/receptionist experience required
• Experience in clerical manufacturing roles is a PLUS
• Extremely detail oriented (will be required to proof read marketing material
• Computer literate (Basic Excel, Word, Access)
• Great attendance
• Must posses a HS Diploma/GED

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
