We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This hands-on, fast-paced role puts you at the forefront, representing nonprofit organizations and client brands at live events, fundraisers, and community engagement campaigns.

No prior experience is necessary—paid training and mentorship are provided to help you develop professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live events, community activations, and fundraising campaigns

• Engage directly with attendees: answer questions, share mission or brand information, and encourage participation or donations

• Assist with event setup, teardown, and inventory management

• Work closely with teammates and event leads to ensure smooth operations and successful campaigns

• Maintain a professional, friendly presence while building positive relationships with the public

• Participate in paid training to build skills in event marketing, fundraising, customer service, and leadership
